RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Saffron Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to assist you with a straightforward return and refund process. Please read the details below carefully.

 

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Items must be undamaged, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.

Important Return Guidelines

  • Saffron Boutique will not be held responsible for any missing returns or items whilst in transit.
  • Returns that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.
  • Returns are accepted at the cost of the customer, including both freight and duties taxes.
  •  Customers must declare the return shipment as 'Return Goods' when sending it back to us.
  • Saffron Boutique is not responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees incurred when receiving returned items. If duties are applied, the return may be refused.
  • It is advisable to send returned items using reputable courier services such as FedEx, DHL, Aramex, or UPS and retain a proof of postage certificate.

 

Exchange Policy (UAE Only)

Our exchange policy is exclusive to orders within the UAE and applies to size or product exchanges on eligible items.

  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.
  • Exchanges can be made for either a different size or a different product of equal or higher value (with the price difference paid by the customer).
  • Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Orders purchased using coupon codes, discounts, or promotional offers are not eligible for exchange.
  • International orders are not eligible for exchanges.
  • One-time free collection & new delivery is provided for exchanges.
